Before finding EZONE, we were worried - how do you pick a trustworthy business setup consultant in Dubai? We knew it was an important decision and after interviewing multiple candidates, EZONE stood out among them. Our situation was tough. We wanted to start a business with three partners, two owners, a manager and residence visas (EID's) for eight members of our collective families, including a mother-in-law and father-in-law. When presenting this challenge to EZONE, they quickly assured us that not only was it possible but they explained how. While other companies said they could do it, when pressed for details, they gave vague and dismissive answers. EZONE took time to explain in detail before we signed up. Furthermore, they provided an itemized estimate of costs so we would know exactly what we were getting into. Other companies provided only a single lump sum, leaving us to wonder what all was included. Throughout the process, EZONE's team remained professional, transparent, responsive, communicative, and kind. Even when we asked questions repeatedly or wanted them to explain things in great detail, they always took time for us. They provided timelines outlining the process, prepared us for meetings with government, always helped to make sure we brought the appropriate paperwork, and overall they were genuinely invested in our success. We cannot say enough about Ashley's leadership and the entire team at EZONE that worked on our file, they were absolutely wonderful. And yes, they delivered without error or complications.
