- No Objection Certificate (NOC) letter in Arabic with current bank mortgage statement.
- The properties must be maintained for at least ten years, allowing investors to secure a 10-year residency visa, which can be renewed as long as the investment is maintained.
2. Public Investments:
- A minimum investment of AED 2 million ($545,000) in the UAE public assets includes investing in the stock market, government bonds, or other approved financial instruments.
- Valid commercial or industrial licence
- Memorandum of Association stating the investor’s capital of at least AED 2 million.
- Letter of Approval from Federal Tax Authority confirming annual tax payments of at least AED 250,000.
- Must be held for at least two years and comply with the UAE’s financial regulations and policies.
